NBHA California uses the same ineligible list as the NBHA Western Region.  Per our rule book, some of the names on this list may be on the ineligible lists of other Associations, as we have arrangements to honor those Association's ineligible lists and they honor ours.  If you feel you have been placed on this list unfairly or that we have made a mistake, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.
